Unless specified on contest page, all contests follow these rules:

All entries must be submitted by start of first game. Entries are $10 each. No limit on entries per person. Entries will be voided if payment not received prior to submission deadline. Payments can be submitted to any of our payment options. Payouts will be distributed within 24 hours of end of last game.
